Delete your account

How to request it

1. 1Write to us from the email you registered with at hello@bluulabs.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. 2We verify that the request comes from the account holder.
3. 3We delete your account and personal data within 30 days at most and confirm by email.

What data is deleted

• Your profile and login credentials.
• Your transactions, budgets and goals.
• The Spaces where you are the only member.
• The history of statement imports.

What we might keep

• Records the law requires us to keep for a limited time.
• Already-anonymized data that cannot identify you.

Shared Spaces

If you share a Space with other people, that Space is not deleted while it still has active members. Your profile is unlinked from it. Spaces where you are the only member are deleted entirely.
